MAKE LEFT onto THIRD STREET

Take 195 to 295, 295 becomes
the Throgs Neck Bridge. Take the Throgs Neck Bridge
to the Clearview Expressway. (If you just continue straight,
the bridge becomes the Clearview Expressway.)
Take the Clearview Expressway until you see signs for
the Long Island Expressway East (495). Get off at this
exit.
Take the Long Island Expressway (495 East), to Exit
37 (Willis Avenue). Make a right onto Willis Avenue.
Go 3.4 Miles to Third Street. Make a left onto Third
Street and take almost to the end.
We are on the left-hand side in a gray building with
white pillars.

Travel on GRAND CENTRAL PARKWAY 16 miles to EXIT 28 South,
WILLIS AVENUE SOUTH – MINEOLA.
Make RIGHT onto WILLIS AVENUE and go three miles to THIRD
STREET – Make LEFT onto THIRD STREET to #102 on
left-hand side.
PARKING IN REAR OF BUILDING.
